State Water Resources Control Board
New Regulatory Program
The State Water Resources control Board has
adopted a major new regulatory program that will affect all
publicly owned sanitary sewer systems in California. On May
2, 2006 the Board adopted and issued a timeline for
compliance with General Waste Discharge Requirement Order
No. 2006-0003 and SSO Monitoring and Reporting program order
No. 2006-0003. See the details below:
