Folsom water plant fixes done (Sacramento Bee, 7/2) "Folsom has completed a three-year project to upgrade its water treatment plant and ensure safe and reliable drinking water under the latest state regulations." Gasoline additive contaminating L.A. water (Canyon News, 7/2) "The harmful bacteria E.
