"Greenhouse gases -- the heat-trapping chemicals linked to global warming -- continued to increase steadily in 2005, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration reported Monday." —  Correction CORRECTION: Cambria CSD wants to stunt growth From Robert Gresens, District Engineer, Cambria Community Services District: "This article incorrectly stated the Cambria Community Services District (CCSD) was completing a build out reduction plan in order to stop its desalination project. This is not the case, as the CCSD is actively pursuing a desalination project, including Proposition 50 grant funding from the State. The recent article was referring to a build out reduction program that was outlined by a citizen's advisory committee, which is assisting the CCSD. The program is intended to compliment the CCSD's desalination project by addressing the project's growth inducing impacts."   —  Everything Else AWWA announces the availability of new field guide: Field Guide to SDWA Regulations (AWWA, 5/2) "This publication provides information on drinking water regulations, regulatory guidance, and advisories related to the latest SDWA regulations in a single, easy-to-follow booklet.
