Correll as president and chief executive officer (CEO), effective April 17th. George MacKenzie, who has served as the Company's interim CEO since January 1, 2006, will continue as a non-executive member of the Company's Board of Directors." CEO plans to leave Pennichuck Corp. (Boston Globe, 3/25) "As president and chief executive officer of Pennichuck Corp. for nearly three years, Donald Correll has led the company's effort to stop Nashua from taking over its largest waterworks, but next month he will leave that post to become president and chief executive officer of American Water, the country's largest water service company."
