Harold Thomas Jr., has over 27 years of industry experience providing solutions for private and public sector clients to meet their current and future water resources, infrastructure and planning needs. From regional water resource planning efforts to infrastructure development and operation, Harold has successfully managed complex projects and delivered innovative solutions to water resource challenges. His career has included managing staff and cross-functional teams in the operation and maintenance of a public water system and developing water-related strategic and tactical planning for a water and power utility. He currently leads two regional coalitions focused on Arizona water resource and infrastructure issues: the Central Arizona Salinity Study and the WESTCAPS. As the Editor of the Arizona Water News, Harold will bring an objective viewpoint to the water issues facing private and public water users across the State. 2003 Indian Chief Vintage This one-of-a-kind cycle took 1st Place in the stock Indian Motorcycle category of the World of Wheels Show held at the Phoenix Civic Plaza in January 2003. The Indian custom paint job is one of only 50 offered in the entire world. This vintage showpiece weighs in at 733 lb. and sports 100hp (1638cc) of pure power to help the rubber meet the road.
