Brown and Caldwell's Water Newsletters

Managing your Subscription:
Frequently Asked Questions

Managing your Water News subscription — subscribing, unsubscribing, and changing e-mail addresses — is automated and in your hands.  Here are some tips.

Q:
I no longer want to receive the Water News.  What should I do?

A: Simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the daily or weekly e-mail you receive. You will be prompted to unsubscribe.  If you choose to do so, your account will be removed from our mailing list.  Come back soon though!  Also, if you no longer have access to your e-mail, don't worry — your subscription will be dropped automatically after a few e-mail bounces.

Q:
I'm going on vacation.  Can you suspend my account?

A: Sorry, no.  You will need to unsubscribe and re-subscribe when you come back. It may be easier just to delete the e-mails when you return.

Q:
Can you change my account to my new e-mail address?

A: Again, no. But you can. Simply unsubscribe (see above) and re-subscribe with your new e-mail address at http://www.bcwaternews.com/.

Q:
I want to receive the Water News at both work and home. How can I do this?

A: Simple. Just subscribe again using the e-mail address you want to add.

Q:
I'm not receiving the Water News any more. What's happening?

A: Your subscription may have been dropped due to bounced e-mails. Try re-subscribing at http://www.bcwaternews.com/. If that works, fine. But if you receive a message that you are already subscribed, then chances are that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or IT department is blocking our e-mails as spam. This happens! You will need to talk with them and have them remedy the situation. Be sure to tell them the originating domain, which is list.netatlantic.com.
