Turkey Creek Sanctuary
Participants in Florida DEP's recent Integrated Water Resource Monitoring network meeting took a field trip to Palm Bay’s 113-acre Turkey Creek Sanctuary, where they visited the Margaret Hames Nature Center and viewed Turkey Creek from the 4,000-foot boardwalk. The IWRM program produces a number of excellent publications and a wealth of high quality ground and surface water monitoring data.
