The website Maven's Notebook has been a source of California water information for years. Today, its creator has taken it one step further with a new digital library — an online repository of thousands of reports and documents on water, which are produced by various state and federal agencies, think tanks and nonprofits. Water Deeply spoke with Chris Austin about her library, and the difficulty of accessing government water data.

DWR releases new tool, data to support SGMA
