Back to school

Florida needs to go back to school when it comes to living up to the federal Clean Water Act, a coalition of environmental groups said. Softer and purer

But softer, purer water from the Peace River is back on the menu largely because of a new square-mile reservoir. (Sarasota Herald-Tribune)

Septic mystery

But six years later, no one knows for sure how many exist. (Florida Times-Union)
