Highway moves forward

Going with the flow

Clear danger?

Within a decade or so, a changing climate could warm Lake Tahoe to the point that plants and fish are impacted profoundly, scientists said this week. The result could be oxygen depletion of Tahoe's water and other changes producing a "major, permanent disruption" to the lake's ecosystem. (Reno Gazette-Journal)
